within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Domestic Returns (U.S)
· A USPS label can be purchased for $4.99, or you can send it back on your own with the best shipping rate.
Online Purchases
· Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your items for our Return Department to process. If all criteria are met, as outlined in our Return Policy, a gift card will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to do exchanges. Our inventory sells quickly, and we cannot guarantee items will be available in the size you would like.
Item Condition
To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following requirements:
· They are unworn.
· They are unwashed.
· They are unaltered.
· They have all original tags attached.
· In the original packaging.
Final-Sale Items
When creating a return, items marked as "Final Sale" will not be available for selection. If you are unable to select an item during your return, it is more likely because it is a Final Sale item, which is not eligible for return under any circumstances.
· If any final-sale item is sent back, it will be discarded, and no credit will be issued.
Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Items
Do not send these items through the portal. Instead, please include a picture of the damage or defect in an email to Customer Care at camilla@longgleggsllc.com.
We will verify the issue, send a complimentary label if needed, and process the credit or issue a replacement.
Keep in mind you have 3 days from delivery to report a damaged or defective item.
Inspection, Discrepancies, and Deductions
Every return is inspected. Missing, ineligible, altered, or worn items can cancel credit. Credit adjustments for unselected or questionable items are issued only after review. We will immediately notify you of the status after inspecting the item. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must meet the criteria on our Return Policy. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs. We will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage by the courier for returned items. When shipping, we recommend USPS Priority Mail with insurance.
Reserved Rights and Legal Notice
We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and reject returns that show excessive wear, alteration, potential fraud, or other irregular activity. We may refuse online services for similar reasons. Non-Longg Leggs item returns will be discarded upon receipt.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
· An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing,”
· An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
· Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service online to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.
