What company is delivering my package?

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority shipping.

When will I get my package?

Items ship out 2-3 days after order is received and it take 3-5 business days to be delivered.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and/ or bad weather.

What if the item I received is damaged?

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of tracking number receipt of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage or defect in the email to camilla@longgleggsllc.com

SIZING

Why are the "Mia" and "Asia" jeans different sizing?

The Mia and Asia jeans are made from different denim blends, which affects how they stretch and fit on the body.

What does this mean for you?

  • Choose Mia if you want a more structured, snatched fit.
  • Choose Asia if you prefer a softer, relaxed stretch.
  • It’s normal to wear different sizes in each style depending on fit preference.

What inseam options do you offer?

The Mia jeans are available in a 36-inch inseam.
The Asia jeans are available in 32-inch and 36-inch inseams.

Please refer to each product page to confirm the inseam options for that specific style.

RETURNS

How do I process a return?

  1. Visit our returns center.
  2. Enter your order number and email address to start.
  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items ARE returnable?

  • Merchandise received within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Merchandise that has not been worn, do not exhibit stains/odors or is determined to be unsellable will not be eligible for a return.
  • Merchandise must be in the original packaging with all the tags attached.

Can items be exchanged?

Unfortunately, we are unable to do exchanges as our inventory sells quickly and we can not guarantee exchanges will be available in the size you need.
